High Port Exhaust Plates
EP-23 — 351 Cleveland High Port Exhaust Plates
High port exhaust plates for the 351 Cleveland head. The heads will need to have the exhaust side machined to place the high port plate into position. PME machines the heads: $275 for the pair (does not include shipping or port matching).
Cleveland heads with the high port exhaust plate is not a new revolutionary idea, it’s just a good idea. When the exhaust flow is restricted the engine cannot live up to its full potential.

EP-22 — 429–460 High Port Exhaust Plates
High port exhaust plates for the 429–460 Ford head. Machining the heads for EP-22 is $300 a pair. If you need floor inserts (EP-22-A or EP-22-B for pre-1972 heads), there is an extra $50 for installation. Heads 1972 and up do not need inserts.
Detailed instructions are included with EP-22, and you will also receive instructions with EP-22-A and/or EP-22-B if needed.

INT-403 — 351W 2×4 Intake Manifold
The intake is offered with the 4-degree power angle and cut flat. Normal OEM heads are .315 up from the bottom of the head and 1.97 tall. Most aftermarket heads are .365 to .400 up from the bottom and 2.0 to 2.1 tall.
PME has designed the port to be .4 up from the bottom and 1.9 tall. For an OEM you would port down and for the aftermarket you would port up.
The carburetors for this manifold will be Holley 0-1848-1. The carburetors are mounted backwards to make more room and make installation easier.
Both the 4-degree and the flat will be level when installed. The difference of the height of the 4-degree is just because it’s a 4-degree angle and it makes about a .9 difference between front and back. They are about 3.9″ from where it sits on end rail to the carburetor flange in the front.
