Cleveland heads with the high port exhaust plate is not a new revolutionary idea, it’s just a good idea.
When the exhaust flow is restricted the engine cannot live up to it’s full potential.
The heads need to be machined and port matched . PME cuts a pair of heads for $250. a pair. but no longer port matches.
After installing the port plates your existing outside bolts or studs will no longer work.
